This 10 week health project offers a step by step, supported  opportunity for all attending to achieve a higher level of health and wellbeing. The course will empower and motiviate individuals and inspire change and responsible choices.

My name is Lorraine Hogg and I have recieved funding from Bolton Interfaith Council to deliver this course.

It is an exciting opportunity for both me and those who will be attend the course.

I am a nutrition therapist MBant and Registered Homeopath RSHom as well as a well being coach. It is not often that this information is accessible to all as cost is usually a barrier.

The course will inspire change and explore other healing techniques that are cheap, simple and affordable that the learners can do at home. Each week goals will be set and changes will be monitored and support offered where needed.

 A guest therapist will attend each week to run a workshop and inform of other methods to enhance wellbeing, some of which are;

  • nutrition
  • massage
  • relaxation
  • tai chi for well being
  • herbal medicine
  • homeopathy
  • iridology
  • yoga
  • hypnotherapy
  • making natural beauty products
  • natural cleaning products
  • healthy food demonstrations

I have been teaching Natural Health Courses at Bolton College and they have proved very popular and helpful to my learners. this course is FREE to any residents living in Great Lever and will be offered at the cheap rate of  £5 a week for any residents outside of the Great Lever area.

This is an incredible opportunity for those who know that they are not at their best but maybe stuck in a rut and not sure how to change. Or for those who are ill and looking to make life enhancing changes , or indeed just for those who want to stay well. Preventative care is often over looked .

The course links into relevant community projects and will also link with Bolton College and Bolton Literacy Trust . This offers the learners the opportunity for progression and opportunities to carry on learning and developing as well as getting involved locally in other projects that they may be interested in

Please forward this information and attached poster on to anyone you think may be interested or who may benefit from this project.
